The red wine Ornello di Rocca di Frassinello was born in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It inherits much from its land, starting with its name. Ornello is the stick used to move cattle; the wine, in fact, is a tribute to the butteri, the typical herdsmen of the Maremma.

Here it is offered in jeroboam format and in a wooden case.

With elegance and freshness, Ornello enhances the flavours of meats, especially savoury roasts, cold meats and medium-aged cheeses.

It is made from a blend of different red grapes; it is the Syrah that contributes most to the wine's refinement, in full Rocca di Frassinello style. Rich, intense, the Ornello offers a sip reminiscent of underbrush and soft, velvety tannins; the nose suggests balsamic notes and roasted coffee. It has a beautiful intense colour, similar to bright ruby.

Serve Ornello Rocca di Frassinello at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C.
