The Marco De Bartoli winery delivers the Pietranera 2015 Magnum from accurate early September harvests on the warm island of Pantelleria, places characterized by volcanic and terraced soil. After a careful initial selection, the grapes are crushed and left to macerate cold for a whole day.
Afterwards the fermentation process begins in temperature-controlled steel tanks and a period of refinement of at least six months. The appearance of the wine immediately surprises the eye, a straw yellow full of brightness that conquers the taster together with its citrus and floral aromas.
