Caeles Cataratto is among the Firriato wines with organic certification. It is a powerful, fresh white wine of great versatility; at the table, in fact, it is appreciated with various fish dishes such as lobster salad, shellfish soup, sea bream and gilthead bream in seawater, baked swordfish wheel, raw grouper, amberjack and tuna.

An expression of the uncontaminated nature from which its grapes originate, Caeles Cataratto has great personality. From the olfactory examination, floral hints of broom immediately stand out, deliciously combined with fruity notes of white peach, ripe pear and peach. In the mouth, herbaceous nuances and a well-articulated structure are perceived.

Cataratto Caeles envelops the senses with character thanks to its organic vocation. A perfect combination of nature, respect for the land and quality, this white wine from the Firriato cellars is an example of how a wine produced according to organic regulations can convey all the tones and flavours of its terroir.
