Torre di Giano Torgiano DOC Lungarotti white wine is the result of a careful process that starts with Trebbiano, Vermentino and Grechetto grapes and continues with a scrupulous refinement aimed at enhancing the varietal characteristics of the fruit. The result is a graceful and pleasant sip, particularly suitable to accompany aperitifs, fish dishes and fried food.

Torre di Giano is a fresh, well-structured Torgiano DOC white wine, straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Its aroma is citrusy, intense and fruity, with hints of white flowers and fresh fruit salad. The flavour is dry, fragrant, with a delicate acidulous note and a long, persistent finish.

Obtained from Vermentino, Trebbiano and Grechetto grapes trained on a double Guyot system and harvested at the beginning of September, the Lungarotti winery makes this wine from the flower must, after a brief cryo-maceration and vinification in steel.

Torre di Giano Lungarotti is an ideal aperitif wine, paired with bruschetta and crostini. It is also perfect with seasonal soups, fish and seafood, soft cheeses including cooked ones, onion soup and norcinerie.
