Integer grillo 2021

Integer Grillo is the result of spontaneous processes only, a wine perfectly integrated in its territory of origin and made respecting its natural balance, without treatments or alterations.
In Contrada Samperi the Grillo grapes date back more than twenty years. The harvest, as every year, begins during the first days of September. The grapes are selected by hand and the bunches are destemmed and left to macerate; fermentation is due to the indigenous yeasts and takes place at an uncontrolled temperature. The wine is then left to age for a year and bottled without adding sulphur dioxide.
Integer Grillo De Bartoli is a warm, intense Sicilian wine with a rich, long flavour. It is a handmade wine that preserves and gives all the characteristics of the terroir to which it belongs. Impeccable served at a temperature ranging from 12 to 14 degrees.
