From 100% Carricante, a pure expression of Etna, comes the Etna Bianco DOC Cottanera. A fresh wine with a long finish, ideal to accompany seafood dishes with strong flavours - tubettini with fish broth, stuffed squid, caciucco with mussels -, white meats and vegetable flans. This Etna Bianco stands out for its citrusy, very fresh notes. After all, freshness is a dominant quality in the production of Cottanera whites. Straw yellow in colour with green reflections, Etna Bianco is the expression of a production philosophy driven by a strong passion for wine and dedication to its land; a wine that balances the peculiarities of the grapes with those of the terroir, undoubtedly unique. A full-bodied, intense and persistent wine, Etna Bianco expresses its freshness through lively citrus notes and floral hints of broom and lemon blossom, which blend with iodised nuances of aromatic herbs and caper. Etna Bianco DOC Cottanera should be served at a temperature between 10 and 12 °C.
