Chiaramonte Chardonnay is an elegant Sicilian DOC that preserves the precious organoleptic qualities of the most popular international grapes on the island. The Firriato cellars raise them on the Dàgala Borromeo Estate because it is here that exposure and terroir allow them to best express their aromatic charge and intensity of fragrance. A perfect interpretation of the Mediterranean style, this Chardonnay is an ideal companion for oily fish and seafood starters. Chiaramonte Chardonnay has a straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. Its aroma is distinguished not only by its elegance, but also by its charm and the ease with which exotic fruits such as pineapple, banana, mango and papaya can be perceived. The taste is full and fresh, savoury and has good acidity and persistence; it is harmonious during tasting and delicate on the finish. Serve Chiaramonte Chardonnay at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
