This label is the result of a winemaking process dedicated to genuineness and passion, which begins between the rows of Chardonnay, in the Niscemi (CL) area, and ends in the bottle. Witness its properties that, on the whole, make it a pleasant and lively wine, ideal to accompany fish starters and first courses, shellfish, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses and battered vegetables.

Feudi del Pisciotto's Chardonnay demonstrates how well the non-native white grape variety has adapted to Sicily. It is a wine that is appreciated for its fine and decisive personality; witness the value of its qualities are the various awards it has also received at international level.

In Chardonnay, the varietal notes are very evident; it is a wine of great freshness, thanks above all to the good acidity of its grapes. It is also ideal as an ageing wine.

With light savouriness and excellent pleasantness, Feudi del Pisciotto's Chardonnay proves excellent with hors d'oeuvres and fish first courses, seafood, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.

The colour is a transparent straw yellow; the bouquet, full and fresh, expresses hints of yellow peach and pineapple.

The ideal serving temperature for this Chardonnay is 12 - 14°C.
