Gaudensius rosé is a Firriato sparkling wine characterised by a harmony of flavours and nuances deriving from two different terroirs in Sicily, Etna and Trapani. It is an excellent bubbly for aperitifs, but also a perfect wine for the whole meal with light soups, appetisers and fish dishes.
On first impact, Gaudensius reveals a beautiful rosé colour and intense white mousse with fine-grained, continuous and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and complex; it suggests white fruits, acacia flowers, hazelnut and honey together with mineral notes.
The Gaudensius rosé is delicate, concentrated and endowed with great finesse, which is revealed in the mouth along with exceptional permanence and good aromatic persistence.
