Cabochon fuoriserie rosè n.06

Cabochon Rosé Fuoriserie No. 06 is made with grapes from the communes of Bornato and Brescia. The vineyards are located in the middle of the morainic amphitheatre that characterises the Franciacorta area with soil formed by detritus and mineral accumulations. Moreover, the area is always ventilated due to the exchange of air between the Po Valley and Lake Iseo. The Pinot Noir is vinified with a very short maceration to give the sparkling wine its soft pink hue. A partial use of wood and reserve wines from previous vintages contributes to the complexity and depth of the taste, which nevertheless remains fresh and elegant, as befits a great Franciacorta.
