From the marriage of Grillo and Catarratto grapes comes the sparkling wine Saint German, a Firriato creation that enriches the panorama of Sicilian wines with a welcome label. Authentic and elegant, it expresses the ability of a land to nourish local production with bubbles of excellent quality.

On the Borgo Guarini estate, the Firriato producers take great care of the vineyards: the complexity of the terroir is a source of particularly favourable influences on the quality of the wines produced there. In this case, processing using the Martinotti method enhances the varietal aromaticity in a decidedly pleasant sip.
