Fresh and elegant, Gaudensius Blanc de Blancs is a traditional aperitif bubbly that can also be enjoyed throughout a meal with soups, appetisers and light fish dishes.

A classic method sparkling wine from the Firriato winery, Gaudensius Blanc de Blancs is the perfect synthesis of two different Sicilian terroirs, one from the Etna area and the other from Trapani.

The Blanc de Blancs Gaudensius has a golden straw yellow colour, intense and exuberant white mousse and fine-grained, continuous and persistent perlage. It offers freshness on the nose and complexity, thanks to its notes of white fruits, acacia flowers, hazelnut and honey enhanced by mineral nuances.

Delicate and concentrated, this Firriato sparkling wine also reveals great finesse on the palate, with exceptional permanence and good aromatic persistence.

Best served at a temperature of 8-10 °C, the Gaudensius Blanc de Blancs confirms the quality of the Firriato route in the Sicilian wine scene.
