Lungarotti's Brut Millesimato is a Quality Sparkling Wine with a golden colour, clear and brilliant, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Its aroma is intense, enveloping and floral in the finish with a slight aroma of bread crust and a hint of almond and hazelnut. Its taste is enveloping, dry, full, fruity and beautifully structured with a citrus finish and fresh, clean acidity.

Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in the Umbrian terroir of Torgiano (PG), trained by the spurred cordon method and harvested between late August and early September, this Lungarotti Brut Millesimato sparkling wine has been produced using the classic method since 1978. Its production cycle is based on long production times, respecting the rules of sparkling wine-making, with thirty months of frothing and remuage by hand on pupitres for about forty days. The resulting wine remains on the tip for a month before disgorgement and a further three months before being marketed.

Served between 8-10 °C, Brut Millesimato Lungarotti is excellent as an aperitif and also as an accompaniment to the entire meal. The excellent choice of soils and microclimate where it is made has allowed a production that equals that of the best known areas in both freshness and elegance.
