Its complex and pleasant bouquet settles between evolved sensations of fruit and bread crust that invite you to savour its lively freshness, for an overall balanced and distinctive sip.

The fruitful union of Sicilian and international grape varieties gives life to a decidedly innovative Brut sparkling wine: fresh, complex and structured. Produced using the Martinotti-Charmat method, with a lengthy sparkling process, it matures six months in contact with its own yeasts and refines three months in the bottle.
