Harvested by hand and fermented in steel and French oak, this sparkling wine concludes the long aging in bottle on its own yeasts for over 18 months. An artisan wine, with a French imprint but made in Sicily with the skill of its winemaker Marco De Bartoli.
Terzavia is an intense and enveloping Brut sparkling wine with good body. Grillo grapes offer the best to the senses: typical of the vine the floral and fruity, mineral, salty scents; the color is a brilliant golden, the perlage is very fine; we notice a strong sapidity and a full and persistent taste during the whole tasting.
The Terzavia Metodo Classico De Bartoli is ideal for the whole meal, with fish appetizers and traditional Sicilian dishes. The optimal serving temperature is 8 °C.
