The Franciacorta Monte Rossa that bears the name P.R. Brut is a celebratory sparkling wine, created on the occasion of the Lombardy winery's 35th anniversary as a tribute to its founders, whose initials are on the label. For such an important occasion, Monte Rossa could only choose the highest quality of its bubbles, on a par with the vintage wines.

The P.R. Brut is a Blanc de Blancs sought in the balance between the breadth, structure and complexity of the reserve wine and the refinement and envelopment of the Chardonnay crus used to make the blend.

The result is a Monte Rossa sparkling wine that illuminates the glass with its fine perlage, releasing hints of pineapple, peach and dried fruit. The soft, fresh flavour of Franciacorta P.R. Brut elegantly complements rich hors d'oeuvres of cured meats and cheeses and seafood dishes. It is also perfect for transforming aperitifs into delicious moments of pleasure.
