With its excellently velvety, balanced and fresh flavour, savoury and balsamic on the finish, the sparkling wine Coupé Franciacorta Monte Rossa is a label that sublimates pairings with hors d'oeuvres, first courses with meat sauce, risottos and various fish dishes.

Obtained from the best part of a cru of selected Chardonnay grapes and, to a lesser extent, Pinot noir, for its Coupé Monte Rossa it applies bottle ageing on its lees for at least two years.
