Superiore di Cartizze

Superiore di Cartizze is a Bortolomiol dry sparkling wine, a Valdobbiadene DOCG Millesimato that originates in a precious area of Valdobbiadene. It is Cartizze, an enchanting area with ancient charm, where the rows are tended with absolute dedication by the vine-dressers.

The special terroir of the place is a priceless treasure for sparkling wine; the exposure to the sun and the minerality of the soil make it possible to obtain grapes of absolute value and superior quality. Harvesting is done by hand.

Superiore di Cartizze is immediately an exclusive sparkling wine. Its mousse is abundant, the perlage fine, continuous and persistent. The nose is fine, intense, fruity and aromatic. Hints of fruit salad, hazelnuts, sweet acacia flowers stand out; above all, the fusion that emerges is surprising. It is amiable and harmonious, a fresh sparkling wine with remarkable density and creaminess.

Bortolomiol's Superiore di Cartizze is a bubbly worthy of great occasions, excellent on its own or paired with small, delicately sweet dry pastries.
