Prior Bortolomiol is a Brut, also offered in a 150 cl magnum format and with a case.

Its dosage deserves attention because this Prosecco Superiore DOCG was born when Valdobbiadene was only extra dry. The name Prior is no coincidence, nor is the Roman numeral on the capsule. It is the label that best represents the Bortolomiol way of doing things, the ability and courage to experiment without ever renouncing quality and territorial identity.

The Prior sparkling wine is an excellent aperitif companion. Because of its remarkable freshness, it pairs well with seafood and fish salads, perhaps dressed with extra virgin olive oil.

It has abundant mousse, fine, continuous and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile is defined by pleasant notes of fruit, especially unripe green apple and citrus fruits, together with vegetal aromas. It is a velvety and aromatic sparkling wine, essential and dry.

Serve this brut at 6-8 °C.
