Charme Rosé is a Firriato sparkling wine, a blend of indigenous grape varieties.

Intense and with surprising balance, it proves eclectic and versatile in fish pairings, even for aperitifs. It favours canapés with smoked salmon, prawn cocktail, shellfish soup, red tuna tartare, seafood couscous, grouper ravioli, Catalan-style lobster. The combination with stewed dogfish and cherry tomatoes, skate with broccoli, cod with peppers and stuffed rabbit with herbs is also excellent.

The Charme Rosé is surprising already in its appearance; in fact, it has a deep, intense rosé colour. Fruity and elegant sensations arrive on the nose: tamarind, red plum, watermelon, pomegranate, strawberry and raspberry, mottled with refined nuances of rose, geranium, freesia, violet and cyclamen. In the mouth, it is enveloping, has an energetic character that demonstrates freshness and soft creaminess; it re-proposes the ample and rich aromatic framework that characterises it and, finally, reveals slight tannins of great value.

The Charme Rosé is also an ideal bubbly in moments of relaxation. Serve at 8-10 °C.
