The unmistakable profile of this Sicilian sparkling wine gives character to pairings with fish and white meat dishes that do not overpower its fine and delicate scents. Its refinement does not compromise its decisive and immediate impact, supported by repeated fermentation in autoclave as the Martinotti system wants.
