The red Sorìa Perricone is a Sicilia DOC from the Firriato winery, born of a long process of recovery of the vine of the same name, one of the strongest expressions of Sicilian winemaking tradition.

Even the choice of planting site, in Baglio Sorìa, is linked to the result: the wines that are born here have a completely singular imprint.

Thus, this Perricone asserts itself with immediate pleasure at the table: we recommend pairing it with lasagne or veal fillet with wild mushrooms.

Deep red in colour, Sorìa Perricone presents itself on the nose with distinct notes of red fruits, plum jam and cherries, together with delicate vegetal notes and spicy hints of juniper and black pepper.

In the mouth, its elegance and long persistence stand out. Serve Sorì Perricone di Firriato at a temperature between 14 and 16 °C.
