Quater Vitis Rosso is a blend of four Sicilian grapes: Firriato experiments with this union of flavours and typical characters with both Quater Vitis Bianco and Quater Vitis Rosso to encapsulate the best of Sicily in a single glass.

For the Quater Vitis Rosso, Firriato relies on the red fruit scents of Nero d'Avola, the freshness of Frappato, the spicy notes of Nerello Cappuccio and the elegance of Perricone. Exclusive pairing with game and red meat stews.

A dense and compact ruby red with violet hues characterises this wine. Its impact on the nose is pleasant: enticing red and black fruit notes of cherries, riber and blueberries alternate with more intense nuances of chocolate pepper and cloves. Its bouquet also evokes nuances of balsam and mint.

Juicy and soft architecture, tannicity in balance with the acid component: Firriato's Quater Vitis Rosso delivers surprises with every sip.

Serve at 16-18 °C.
