Caeles Syrah Firriato is an organic Sicilian red. A tasty, easy-drinking wine, it has a profile well suited to enhancing the flavour of medium-aged hard cheeses. Caeles Syrah also goes well with first courses such as tagliatelle alla Bolognese and with main courses including ossobuco alla Milanese and roast lamb.

Deep red in colour, this Syrah from the Firriato cellars is rich in delicious nuances reminiscent of the red fruits of the Trapani countryside and the fruits of the undergrowth. To these scents are added floral and spaced notes. In the mouth it reveals an exclusive taste.

Highly appreciated for its ability to convey the flavour of the Sicilian terroir with every sip, Caeles Syrah has an intense taste that tastes of nature. It is the result of Firriato's important oenological project aimed at enhancing the organic regime in local wine production.

An expression of the most widely grown variety of international grapes in Sicily, Caeles Syrah should be served at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
