Cortevecchia

Cortevecchia is a Chianti Classico DOCG by Principe Corsini, a wine from San Casciano in Val di Pesa. With great expressiveness, it accompanies traditional first courses such as buckwheat tagliolini with white kid ragout or Tuscan pecorino risotto with crispy sweetbreads.

Cortevecchia has a dense ruby colour with garnet hues and a bouquet that explodes in radiant cherry, blueberry juice and blood orange freshness, against a delicate floral background of black locust. In the mouth, the fruit is full but slender, matching the wine's freshness, which finally leaves room for pleasant tannins.

A precise expression of the area of origin, this Principe Corsini red receives the typical Chianti Classico fragrances from the long maturation of the grapes.
