Fancello is a red wine from the area of Campobello di Licata (AG), Sicily. It is here that the Azienda Agricola G. Fancello is a Sicilian red with an original fruity taste that involves the palate in a dance of hints particularly similar to pairings with tasty foods such as roasts, stews and game. Served at an optimal temperature of 16-18 °C, it shows its best profile, which improves with age: wide and complex aromas in which you can perceive notes of cherries under spirits, violets, goudron and black pepper; good body and strong tannins are structured on the palate blending into a pleasantly harmonious scent.

The richness of Fancello wine originates fal blend obtained from the union of Nero d'Avola grapes with those of 18 different varieties grown in the experimental field of the Sicilian company; the vinification exalts its qualities finally appreciated at table. The rich variety of selected grapes becomes the protagonist, in the cellar, of a careful process of pre and post fermentation with pumping over in the air that optimizes the extraction of colors and aromas from the skins. One year of aging in steel and six months in the bottle results in a rich and complex final product.
