Cerasuolo di Vittoria Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG is a red wine from the Acate (RG) area in Sicily. It is here that the Valle dell'Acate winery raises Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes with particular attention to quality in order to obtain a wine with an authentic flavour. Ample and harmonious, the red Cerasuolo di Vittoria excites the senses when paired with game, roast duck, mature cheeses, lamb, snails, vanilla or cheese soufflés, truffles and dark chocolate.
