Caeles Nero d'Avola is part of the Firriato winery's collection of organic labels. It is probably the wine that best interprets the territory and its company's link with organic oenology. In fact, it is made from Nero d'Avola grapes, icons of Sicily and its potential in the wine industry. With excellent drinkability, Caeles Nero d'Avola enhances well-structured dishes. Among the most interesting pairings are those with: tagliatelle alla Bolognese, ossobuco alla Milanese, goulash, sautéed tuna meatballs, roast lamb. It is also excellent with medium-aged hard cheeses. The Caeles Nero d'Avola Firriato has an intense red colour. Its nuances of red fruits and aromatic spices tease the nose; then, its bouquet expresses a multitude of natural fragrances: plums, blackberries, black cherries, blueberries, cloves, black pepper, liquorice, dark chocolate and humus.
