Ornellaia is a red wine with great character; it stands out for its aromatic complexity, richness and intensity which, at the table, exalt long-cooked meats such as braised meats, stews and stewed meat. It is also excellent with mature cheeses. With an intense ruby red colour, Ornellaia is powerful to the eye and not only. It amazes nose and palate with incomparable qualities: notes of black berry fruit meet those balsamic and spicy in a complex aroma; with refinement it gives the mouth an exceptional tannic texture and, on the finish, surprises with a firm sensation and, again, with finely spicy notes.
