Frack

Frack is the 'Amaro Serale no alla Moda' of the Old Customs Warehouse. Defined as such by its own producers because of its 'undisciplined from birth' character, it is the result of a secret recipe that combines three separate blends of infusions, all processed with fresh raw materials. The first is complex and bitter, the second softer and rounder, the third vinous and spicy. After 12 months of gestation, Frack arrives at the table with its natural and unusual spirit, by no means taken for granted. Defining part of its essence are bitter and sweet oranges, bergamot, oregano, rosemary, gentian and other Mediterranean botanicals. A bitter to be discovered a little at a time.
